GROUPONS
Thank you for purchasing your cruise voucher at GROUPONS! Following are some instructions and policy guidelines.
Sightseeing Groupons:
Please check availability by going to the schedule & reservations. Sightseeing cruises run daily until September. In September sightseeing cruises run every day except Mondays. Please print you groupon and exchange for boarding passes on the day of your cruise. Reservations are not required.
Tuesdays/Thursdays Lite Lunch & Dinner Dance Cruises:
Reservations are required and must be confirmed by a customer service rep. Please order online by going to schedule & reservations section. When filling in your order, please provide the redemption # located underneath the barcode on the lower right on the GROUPON. Once order is completed, select order by phone or fax. A customer representative will contact you by phone to confirm your booking.
Upgrades
- If you like, you may choose to upgrade your GROUPON. In such cases, the face value of the voucher will be applied to the upgrade and the remaining balance can be paid by credit card.
Groupon policy:
Lite Lunch or Dinner Dance cruises or upgrades, once booked, there is ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS, due to pre-ordered meals unless the cruise has been cancelled by our office. Groupons must be presented and redeemed before gaining access to the ship. Confirmation of booking will be confirmed by a customer representative by telephone that is provided in the order.
